What happens when Japanese soul food meets Italian craftsmanship? One seriously delicious and exciting night of food.

On Tuesday, September 15, Chef Michael Lewis of Ukiah Japanese Smokehouse is teaming up with Chef Rino Cerbone of Heritage for a one-night-only chef collaboration dinner that brings two very different culinary worlds together, and there’s one catch: the menu is staying a secret.

The six-course Family Meal Series: UKIAH x Heritage will mash up Japanese and Italian influences, with each chef bringing his own signature style to the table. Guests can expect creative dishes, curated wine and sake pairings and plenty of surprises along the way.

The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m., with the six-course experience priced at $195 per person.
