Hey there! We're hosting a Special Happy Hour event at Ukiah Japanese Smokehouse on October 3, 2025 at 4:00pm - 7:00pm(Eastern Time). Come unwind and enjoy delicious drinks featuring Diplomatico Rum on our waterfront terrace.

It's not just about having a good time - it's also for a good cause! 50% from all Diplomatico Cocktails sold this day will be donated to the Cameron G. Scholderer Scholarship.

Guests with RSVP can enjoy a complimentary Diplomatico Cocktail, special Diplomatico sampling, complimentary light bites from UKIAH (4pm – 6pm) as well as Happy Hour special and more.

Guest Bartender from Swizzle Rum Bar, Jesus Perez, will also be shaking up a signature cocktail as part of a month long partnership.

More on the Cause: In 2017, The Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management established the esteemed Cameron G. Scholderer Scholarship, graciously supported by his devoted parents, Sally and George Scholderer, in loving memory of Cameron's passing in 2016. Cameron G. Scholderer, a revered figure in the dynamic Miami hospitality industry, passionately championed excellence and expertise in the realm of beverage and boutique bar management.
