Sake Pairing Dinner - AUG 18

We are very excited to present a special Sake Pairing Dinner, with the UKIAH culinary team and Japanese Beverage Specialist and Sake Educator, Midori Roth. Limited Seat available.

The experience will begin with a Welcome Cocktail and Sake 101, to learn about the unique process of sake brewing, then lead to a curated paired dinner - where you get to learn about each sake being enjoyed!

Over 5 courses, featuring 10 dishes from the Chef, and 5 carefully selected sakes - guests will enjoy a special evening of making new friends, learning new things and tasting great food
